Summary: There are two different hotels sharing the same building and reception area. However, the level of service and treatment varies depending on which hotel you’re booked with. For instance, Holiday Inn guests receive a made-to-order breakfast from a limited menu (eggs, yogurt, or pancakes), while guests of the other hotel are offered a continental breakfast. This distinction was not communicated to us during check-in. We paid extra expecting access to the continental breakfast, and were very disappointed to learn the next morning that we would need to go to a nearby restaurant instead. Additionally, the cleanliness of our room was unacceptable. The floor was extremely dirty, with dust, hair, and crumbs scattered throughout. Considering the price point, the poor room conditions and the lack of transparency about breakfast were absolutely unacceptable.

Summary: First room was decent but expected more when I booked online. TV wasn’t working and front desk didn’t seem too concerned until I called the third time and explained my disappointment. Service manager finally moved us to another room which was a nicer room with a fireplace. Put my wallet and phone on bedside table and it fell off the wall. I managed to reinstall it on hook system. When we mentioned it a checkout, front desk didn’t seem too concerned. It just missed my foot. Disappointed over all for what I paid. I expected more from a brand name hotel like this.

Summary: They've got a pool, a hot tub exercise room. Also. They have a bowling alley attached which has great selection of food and beverage. Highly recommend this place
